Quantum Residential proudly manages a new affordable housing community in Eugene that brings together 81 modern apartment homes and an on-site Early Learning Center.This innovative development will co-locate affordable housing with early childhood services in partnership with Head Start of Lane County and Early Childhood CARES. The goal is to support families who need both stable housing and dependable childcare.
The community will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes to fit households of many sizes. The development will include two four-story buildings centered around a shared community green space, along with ample parking for residents.
